Saturday April 26 Day 10
Saturday April 26 Day 10
A lovely sleep in morning with a room that didn’t bob up and down in a river.

Press a button. All the blinds open in our apartment condo style suite.

Showers and then off to the loveliest brunch and breakfast ever.
A la Carte or buffet included. The BEST eggs Benedict we’ve ever had and pancakes were AMAZING.
Hand made Lattes and fresh fruit galore. All while looking over the city from
the fortieth floor.
Off we go in search of Starbucks around the corner for you know who then a 20 minute Uber Ride to the huge Ibirapuera Park to rent bikes for a couple hours.
For the life of us we couldn’t get our Airalo App to work and download Apps to rent bikes so we paid a bit more and were on our way. Just thousands of people occupying every space and running, jogging, biking, online skating. Inner City weekends people make use of any space they can find to get outdoors and be active. It was amazing.

We needed some Wi-Fi to catch an Uber so walked an hour to a restaurant - had a good beer and a snack and then over to the Batman Alley - a street of graffiti and farmers market shops where we took a lot of photos and had some amazing ice cream.

Uber back to the hotel and up to the freezing pool for an hour while watching many many helicopters fly right beside us and land on the building helipads around us. It was something out of a futuristic movie with all the rich people doing all their travel by helicopter.
There are no major thorough-ways in São Paulo - speed is 40-50km/hr so it takes forever to get anywhere. Unless you’re rich. And then Helicopters are amazing.
Showered up for the evening and off to a local restaurant inside a mall that had some delicious pasta and then back to the hotel for some reading and catching up on a bit of internet. Great Saturday.
